STEAM Instructor for Broward County

Facilitator to lead Science Labs in Elementary classrooms throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties

Job Description
Deliver and facilitate hands-on Elementary science programs in a safe and fun manner with children
Detailed lesson plans and all materials are provided, You bring the FUN
Implement classroom management techniques
Travel to different schools and grades each day or base out of one school exclusively, your choice
Review and prepare program supplies prior to program delivery
Utilize own means of transportation to arrive at and depart from customer location on time

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Degree Seeking in Education, Science and/or Recreation preferred 1+ years’ experience working with children in a classroom or camp setting
Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and own means of reliable transportation required
Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, child friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with little supervision
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong time management skills

Salary/Benefits
$100/$150+ per day
